Building a Portal to Simplify Pharmacy Website Management

As a developer at PharmAppy, I've been working on a portal designed to simplify how pharmacies manage their websites, content, and campaigns. The main goal of this platform is to give pharmacy teams a single place where they can manage their digital presence without unnecessary duplication of work.

Central Dashboard & Analytics

One of the key parts of the portal is a central dashboard where users can view analytics and track the performance of their pharmacy websites. This helps teams quickly understand how their sites are performing and make better decisions about their content and campaigns.

Campaign Creation

Another important feature is campaign creation. Users can create campaigns using pre-built templates. For example, during flu season a pharmacy can simply select a campaign template and create or schedule a campaign in just a few steps. This makes the process much faster and more efficient.

CMS & Service Management

The portal also includes a CMS that allows pharmacies to manage their website content independently. Instead of waiting for developers to make updates, users can manage their websites at any time. They can create services through TITANVERSE by adding details such as descriptions, pricing, and service duration.

Once the service is created, our AppyIntelligence (our AI) generates the initial content automatically, in line with the style of the pharmacy's brand. From there, users can edit and refine the text directly in the CMS before publishing it to their website, making services available for patients to book in seconds.

Blog Functionality

Content management also includes blog functionality, where users can create, edit, or delete blog posts that are directly connected to their websites.

Multi-Site Publishing

One feature I'm particularly excited about is the ability to manage multiple websites at once. Many pharmacy groups operate several locations, each with its own website. In the portal, users can create a blog post or service once and publish it across multiple websites at the same time, saving a significant amount of time and effort.

What's Next

The portal is still evolving, and we're currently working on several new features that will further improve how pharmacies manage their digital platforms. I'm excited to see how it continues to grow and help pharmacies manage their online presence more efficiently.
